I ordered a xiaomi phone last sept. 6 which on a discounted price, the sale starts at 12nn and finished the transaction by 12:02 nn, they promised it to be delivered by sept.

11, unfortunately they did not delivered the item, several follow ups where made, their incompetent chat supports, hoteline supports and even their customer relations manager telling me different alibies like "we cancelled your order" "rest assured it will be delivered at your doorstep by sept 11" "between sept.

12 to 17" "on or before sept. 25" this made me decide to ask for DTI assistance, because this has to stop
