Order last Sept 28, 2017 and received item in just 2 days..But they sent me incorrect and deffective item...

Already got my voucher refund since the button for cash refund was not working and they didnt said that once you used it and cancelled the order you cant used it anymore.. So i requested again to reactivate the voucher Last 10th and said they will just take 1-2 buss days. And after that i follow up the refund said just turn it 1-2 buss days... Lol.

Its already 25th and ived several time with your agent via live chat and Just promising over and over again....This is the refence number for that 01237751 and order number 329785885..
