bought the Moonbaby tricycle for my daughter, the item was delivered 5 days after the online purchase. so frustrated that one of the wheel is missing.
so i called the customer care rep hotline, she advised me to repack the item and bring it to the nearest LBC or 2GO center, and so I did. Today I received the SAME ITEM with the SAME PROBLEM. and so i called again the customer care rep hotline only to know that the validation of the returned item was Wrong Packaging.
*** validation, i could have requested for refund na lng not replacement. they didn't bother to check why it was returned.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of service and poor customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss damaged or defective of moonbaby tricycle. Lazada Philippines needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
