I ORDERED A DESK FROM FINE INTERIORS AND RECEIVED IT WITH POOR AND DAMAGED PACKAGING. ONE OF THE PARTS HAS DAMAGE, PROBABLY ACQUIRED DURING TRANSIT.

NO MANUAL (SINCE I STILL HAVE TO ASSEMBLE THE DESK) SUPPLIED AS WELL.

I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT REGARDING THE MATTER AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I TRIED TO BE PATIENT WITH THEM AND WAITED FOR FEW MORE DAYS BUT STILL, RECEIVED NOTHING. MY LAST OPTION IS TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON THE SHOP BUT THEY DIDN'T APPROVED.

I ATTEMPTED TO POST MY FEEDBACK AGAIN AND LIKE THEY DID PREVIOUSLY, THEY BLOCKED IT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $75.

Preferred solution: REPLACEMENT.
