My savings account has veen deducted twice for a top-up load which at first prompted that payment is processing. It is reflected in my "To Pay" tab.

When I checked my savings account, it posted that it has already been deducted. So I went back to Lazada page and checked my order. Load didn't come yet, also. Still, it prompted that payment is processing and it is still in my "To Pay" tab.

When I clicked, "Pay Now", the page loaded and it prompted a successful payment screen.

But when I checked my savings account, another deduction has been made.

Please refund my P142.50.

It's a hard-earned money. Thanks!
