Dear Ms Grace,
I wish to place on record my serious grievance regarding the service of your courier Entrego . This courier has not delivered a single package to me although LBC and NinjaVan do so without any hinderance.
Entrego simply marks the delivery as failed delivery and does not attempt to deliver my goods to me, for e.g.
I list below 2 similar orders from the same vendor for the same product of which LBC delivered and Entrego marked it as failed delivery.
This product is now out of stock and I am unable to complete my work and am incurring salaries for my staff on site.
I have placed hundreds of order through Lazada and I’m thoroughly disappointed that you entrust this kind of company to provide services to your customers.
I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO ENSURE MY PACKAGES HANDED OVER TO ENTREGO BV YOU ARE DELIVERED WITHOUT FAIL AND WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH MY REQUEST, I WILL CEASE ALL ORDERS THROUGH LAZADA EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
