I ordered 4 boxes of lights, 10 to a box = 40 lights....only 6 of them worked ! I contacted the Seller and he agreed to take them back, I filled out the form and received a RA Code/Label for LBC to pick it up.
I printed out the label and advised Lazada it was ready to be picked up. Lazada said that they would advise me when they had scheduled a pick up date. I waited for over two weeks and nothing ! !
It's EXTREMLY difficult to get in contact with "anyone" representing Lazada ! ! with the exception of the totally worthless " CLEO ! :-( :-( I finally contacted someone on FB and they helped me and said since the package weighed less than 20 lbs that I would need to take it to a LBC drop-off location myself...I did this the next day...but the same day I received an auto send email stating that "LAZADA" rejected my Refund !
what has Lazada got to do with "Elena Accessories" where I purchased the lights ! !
User's recommendation: Do NOT TRUST LAZADA Customer Service ! ! DO NOT expect Lazada to help you or support you with anything other than Automated Email or Computer AI "Help" from CLEO ! ! NO Chat with Lazada human ! ! Extremely long waits for call center help and no Follow UP !
