The courier immediately tagged failed delivery without notifying me. I provided the correct address and contact number. The courier had been delivering in this address for numerous times already
User's recommendation: There should be an avenue for rating and filing complaints against inconsiderate and false accusing couriers cour.
Lazada Philippines Cons: Bad service.
