hi, earlier ive paid using visa card and after filling up the payment was unsuccessful, however the amount was still deducted on my account. ive tried reaching out to customers service multiple times today and havent got any response.

can you please take action as earlier as you can?

i want to know how i can get the money back. i hope you can fix this as soon as possible, thank you in advance...

hello, i had also informed my bank regarding this matter they said the payment was still pending from their side so it’ll be back on my account after probably around five working days once my order’s cancelled by the seller. apparently it was cancelled yesterday now im just waiting for the reimbursement but it’s quite upsetting that ive got no response from lazada customer service..

The amount you paid is on a “floating” state with your bank and will be cleared after the holding period of 5-15 days for Credit Card and 5- 45 days for Debit Card. You may expect the reversed amount to reflect on your next billing statement after the holding period. Should you wish to verify this information, you may consult your bank for their holding period.
