Hi. Today is Dec.

6,2018. I received an item which i ordered on line at Impact.Ph. I wanted to receive the item myself so i can check the item first. Unfortunately, they did not come on the time they told me they would arrive.

Then when i got a hold of the package, i immediately noticed that the item was fake. I called the delivery man if i could still get the money and i will return the item. The answer i got was they have remitted the money already. I wish your company could help me on this since it was just a few hkurs ago.

I spent Php2,000 just to be given a fake item. Please don’t pay the item and refund me the money i am begging you.
