I was a order Infinix Hot 4 Pro X556 16GB ROM 2GB RAM (Champagne Gold), under order number 329489295 on 14 sep 2017 and paid through online but till today the order was not delivered on asking customer care they told we already raised this concern to our Management Team, to have an action. We will give you an update the soonest we get feedback.

there is no feed back by them . in this regard i contact with them many times through call and mail there is no possitive response shown by them. fully care less site.

this is the biggest fraud online shopping site at phillipines. making fool to their consumers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Fake site.

Upon checking this was already refunded on our end since Nov. 1. Refund was reversed back to your HelloPay account amounting to P5149.00. Please be reminded that banks have 5-15 banking days reversal time for credit cards and 15-45 for debit cards.
