I ordered 2 items on Lazada last June 12. The first one was tagged as delivered pero wala naman akong nareceive na item.

Nakakainis lang na yung LEX e binigay sya kung kanino kanino e wala naman akong inauthorize na tumanggap ng item. Asked them kung kanino binigay yung item.Tried to follow up via email and live chat pero hindi maayos customer service nila. Need mo magfollow up ng follow up para makakuha ng maayos na sagot. After 4 at o 5 tries, nakatanggap na ako ng email with attachment kung sino nakareceive nung item.

Grabe kasi pirma lang nakalagay at wala ng paraan para matrack yung item. I got a confirmation for CS Julie that they will replace the item. Hoping ako na mapalitan nga.. Wala pang update till now sa status ng replacement.

Sana lang LAZADA eh ipatupad nyo policy nyo pag PAID na yun item. Hindi yung porke paid na e ibibigay kahit kanino. SANA pala nag COD nalang ako..

At sana yung 2nd item ko na ESD is July 4 e hindi nyo ib ibigay sa stranghero. Nakakastress magfollow up!!!!!!!!!!!

Kasi nuong nakaraan nag order ako ng tent nuong aug. 4 tas may tumawag sakin aug.7 idedeliver na yung item ko aug.

8 kaso wala parin.tas nag chat ako sa lazada hiningi # ng order ko .kung hindi daw sa aug. 9 ,aug.10 daw.pero nag aantay lang ako sa wala.hanggang nag cancel nalang ako pero nag order ako ulit tent para mapansin yung order ko pero di ko alam kung madedeliver na sya talaga tnx

By the way, as checked, the refund has been completed last June 28 via reversal on your card.

In that case, we may advised to please anticipate posting on your card since the issuing, it may take within 5-15 banking days for credit card and up to 45 banking days for debit card. Thank you.

same thing happened to me. order states item delivered.

i did not receive anything nor anyone else in the house. their logistics sent a picture of the signature on the delivery confirmation but it only showed an ilegible scribble with no printed name. it does not look anything like my signature.

they said they will investigate further. i have to keep following up daily to get any news.

Same problem tau sis, umorder aq ng speaker cod un tapos nung nireplace q after ilang araw nag email s kin natangap q n daw sabi q wla p q natatangap false delivery daw imposible nmn mag false delivery kng wla kng inauthorized n tau tingin q my problema jan s delivery...Until now wla resulta s problema q..Ms mas maganda wag n umorder s lazada nkakadismaya...Lalo n pag bayad n ang item nkakatakot...

The same thing happened to me. I ordered an item have it paid thru cr card.

Namumuti na mata ko kakaintay kung asan na order ko..Malaman laman ko lng, fully delivered na daw yung item..But, wtf? wala namang nakarating sa'kin..I'm really pissed...
