Just received a mail from Lazada ..... yet another item cancelled because of delivery attempts has been tried ......

and again I have been home all day ........

what to dothan but sit back and watch , item by item being cancelled by Lazada because they have an incompetent delivery service .... LEX PH

To Lazada Customer care and Shipping ....

CAPS LOCK are not screaming but merely to emphasize my point.

Please find attached full list of items with order numbers in PDF.

How come it is impossible to get help from a live agent in customer care .

The ONLY help is CLEO which is a preprogrammed robot and can only answer questions which is already written in FAQ , even the so called ....

TO SHIPPING

How come LBC can deliver to my address and LEX PH can not .....

I have 4 orders outstanding with Lazada containing 16 different items , only one are to be shipped with LBC .... arrived yesterday .... ALL other items are with LEX PH , so far 3/15 items cancelled due to delivery problems or all attempts have been tried ..... NOT true LEX PH ...... I AM HOME ALL DAY.

But apparently the mediocre chimpanzee's in LEX PH can't read my address correctly .... I have mailed you several times about it ....... yet again ...... I LIVE IN SAN JUAN , SIQUIJOR province , VISAYAS and NOT in San Juan , Batangas province.

Sorry for my language, but i'm frustrated and this will make me look like an idiot in future purchases with all these problems for delivery and i'm NOT to blame , worst case would be, that i'm banned to do any purchases , just because of LEX PH can't read.

I would really appreciate a reply from departments of Lazada in question.

Type yTo LAZADA *** talk .... PLEASE spare me your standard copy reply , it is to obvious 1 hour after I got this reply , furthermore three (3) items was cancelled , due to delivery attempts has been done YET AGAIN LEX PH are mediocre chimpanzees who cant read and apparently are lying.
