Good day! Pleasw help me on my refund from a seller named T.mall.
They delivered the wrong item, received it on September 15, 2020 and was trying to get in contact with the seller whose not responding and finally returned the item on September 21st via LBC. Still didn't hear any from the Seller and received a notification via Lazada App that "Seller did not respond in time.
We will contact you within 1-3days" yet still didn't get any updates. Poor CS from the part of the Seller(T.mall).Please help and Thank you.
