I want to file a complaint for the inconvenience it caused me. The seller shipped wrong size of rechargeable battery.

The return process is horrible ! Pumila na nga ako sa LBC ng sobrang tagal, sinubukan kong ichat yung seller para matulungan ako pero wala man lang consideration na irefund na nila. Pinapatawag nila ako sa hotline ng lazada pero nung dinadial ko yung number di naman gumagana.

Naubos nalang load ko! Napaka hassle nyo !
