Since it 3-5 working days process dw nagfollow up n ako s lazada ng March 19, pero base sa record nila intransit pa ung item nila s warehouse, grabe ang tagal ha, 3 consecutive days ako ngfollow up start ng march 19, at same spill lng ang nakukuha ko s customer rep, na Bigyan dw nila ako feedback within 24-48 hrs, s 4 n customer reps n nkausap wala kht Isang tumawag, kya after a week nagfollow up uli ako imagine how many long distance call ang gingawa ko, tpos reason nila long holiday e 2days lng nmn ung holiday.until now April 3 ngyn ngfollow up uli ako wla parin dw feedback ang warehouse nila, at ask ko din sila Kung may contact number b sila s warehouse pra ako n ang magfollow up pra s knila wla dw clang contact number at tru email lng dw ang communication nila..omg worst experience sa lazada
