I ordered last May 15, 2015 for the new Alcatel one touch flash plus. What is very troubling is that the delays in processing my item.

To iterate, I ordered the item on May 15 but it was confirmed on May 16. I contact them plenty of times to make sure that my order will be processed. sad to say, this is my worst experience in Lazada. My order had been verified after 49 hours.

Which more than 48 hours of processing.

The problem I have is the LEX will ship the item.

I doubt it will arrive tomorrow. I live in Metro Manila.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
