I'm happy with the service, my order status always failed delivery but no has been delivering my orders, at first it's ok will reorder again, but this is happening to all my orders, after I check the oder status the parcel is with lex after few minutes is will shows failed delivery. I'm so disappointed I'm wasting my waiting and placing my order.

Hi everyone, apologies for the late response.. I am the one who posted this, I've researched a bit during the time I have not received the refund.

Yes, I got the refund although it took a lot of time and effort including multiple emails and phone calls and I even had to splurge prepaid loads bec I had to do follow up calls since my line got disconnected, anyway it took them almost 4 months to process the refund and returned it to my credit card.

I suggest when ordering online use COD option and open it right in front of the delivery guy so you have witness and return the item as soon as possible. Thanks and good day!

I order a device for plastic steel wrapping machine hand baler and tensioner for PP2382.00. cash on delivery.

When The box arrived it contained 100pcs of medal clip worth about 3 pesos each. I returned the package and was given a refund not in cash but in my Lazarda Wallet, another sam. Being an older person and not good with tech matters I checked my Lazarda Wallet the refund was there. Thinking I could use it anytime I waited.

When I checked my wallet again I had found out Lazarda swiped the money. They said I had only a certain time to use it like six days. Seems to be a nice scam.

Give you a refund in Lazarda Wallet then pick pocket you wallet. I paid cash to these scammers.

I ordered "Prostate Gland Pills 90's Set of 2 bottles". this is a medication for the prostate although it is against the law to ad or sell such medicine even it is a herbal on line seller.

The Lazada did charged and withdrew 480.00 Php on my Lazada Wallet without my authorization and did not delivered my item. Lazada indicated it was successful delivery even though I have not received the ordered item.

Ganyan din nangyari sakin. Phone naman inorder ko.

4 months ko nakuha yung refund at dami pang na sayang na load. Hindi din na refund yung shipping fee

Grabe naman saklap naman. March pa ako ng order ng mga bike na naka post, tapos hangang march 26 naka post pa mga bike na sale tapos.

Bigla nyo sasabihin yong order ko cancelled dahil out of stick sana yong march 24 palang close nyo na agad ang post nyo. Para d na makapagorder ang iba at sana naman priority nyo una ng order sa inyo.

Iba ibang klase ng bike ni order ko ibig sabihin lahat ng order ko out of stock na ... nakakasama lang ng loob.

Nag order po ako sa Lazada. Lagi sila nangangako na hindi na mauulit pero ganun parin.

3 times na hindi ko natatanggap orders ko na walang delivery attempts nor communications like SMS or Calls. Pinaghihintay kami sa wala.

Mga dapat promotions na mura babayaran ngayon pagka oorderin ulit eh mahal na. Kakabuwisit!
