Your delivery staff do not have patient and even eagerness to assert effort to make the delivery success. They just make a call or text once or twice at not responding to the consignee messages in regards delivery of parcel.
User's recommendation: Please give ample time of notice before make a delivery. Grace period of 24hour or re-deliver of order from the day of schedule. A favorable consideration may apply by all means of an avoidable circumstances occur unexpectedly.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
