The cellphone is not working properly. The apps are stucked when pressed.

SD card not working.

Sim card as well is not working. I wanted to have a refund

User's recommendation: Please check first the product before deliver time. I waited 1 month and its really inconvenience.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Lazada Philippines Pros: Effortless shopping.

Lazada Philippines Cons: Poor customer service who doesnt care, No response to handle problem - lazada uncontactable.
