Ordered on December 12, still "processing" although was in stock. Fake delivery attempts by Lex, customer services have been promising refund now for well over two weeks.
Lots of ridiculous generic emails about waiting of goods being returned to supplier.
( seems lazada expect customer to pay for theft of goods by lex employees) CS will state anything to end chat once they are pressurised. Intend doing a card payment reversal for fraud unless money is returned to my account by Jan 9 latest.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2160.
