I ordered Umidigi F2 on the Umidigi official store last November 11, 2020. It is said that the order arrived on the sorting center last November 21; However today is December 20, 2020 yet I still haven't receive my order.

I also wondered why the order is no longer reflected on the "to recieve" option after the 12.12 event but I can still see it on "all orders" option. It's been two months already since I ordered and I am already sobdisappointed. When I search the tracking number using the lex ph, the order can not be found.

I don't know what to do anymore I am so disappointed. I hope you can fix this.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
