my order was paid by credit card.after 3 days of continous emails and calls i receive nothing from theme.hotline is always busy..so disappointed to the service.i want my order to be delivered before christmas but how can it be possible if they don't give me even a single word about my item.they keep on giving us hotline which is unreachable.its been 3 days since i checked on the status of my order its always on shipping status wherein im from Quezon City only.i understand its peak season but at least they can give as an assurance that our order will arrive anytime soon.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
