This is the second time that my order took a long time to reach home. Previously, I ordered in Lazada last week of December 2015 and I got my product 3rd week of January 2016.

I totally understand it being late because of the holidays but now, it's annoying that I have waited one week for a product. I ordered it 30th of January 2016, telling me I'll be able to get by 2-4 of Feb but until now, there's nothing.

Please do something about it or talk to your shipping partner LBC to at least inform properly about the delivery of my order. Thank you.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
