I placed my order a week ago, Jan 30.

As stated on the site, it was supposed to be deliver between Feb 1-6. As per the seller, STATUS: WAITING FOR LAZADA courier to pick up the parcel.

Can you help me on this? Not sure on the process, but it will be better if you can give a clear status of my order. It was worth more than P5,000+.

Reason of review: Seller hasn't been deliver my order. I order the item a week ago. As per seller, STATUS: WAITING FOR LAZADA COURIER TO PICK UP THE PARCEL..

Monetary Loss: $5560.

as per email from Lazada - "the refund to reflect in your account may take longer as we can only process your refund once your item(s) is returned to the seller." Item was NOT delivered to me. It was refunded the day after due date of delivery.

I received my credit card bill, and the item I ordered is reflected on my bill statement.

I will call the CC company to inquire if request for reversal has been processed. Please take note that the amount I paid and should be refunded is P5,559.87!
