I ordered last february 28 and until now haven't yet received the item. and all lazada did was just replying standard format emails then no feedback and updates again for weeks.
calls are useless since they were told to say "i understand" but does not even empathize to customer, all answers are not worth our time. we told them to cancel the order many times but still no feedback. NOT BUYING ANYMORE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
VERY DISAPPOINTED SINCE LOYAL CUSTOMER AKO.
ALSO THEY SHOULD BE THE ONE TO BE PISSED-OFF ON THEIR MERCHANTS NOT ME. SO PLEASE TO ALL, DON'T EVER TRUST LAZADA TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROBLEM IF THERE'S AN ISSUE.
