i ordered items in lazada last week of nov 2017. i cancelled the order.

as per lazada page the order status was cancelled. on dec 4 i received the items i cancelled. i contacted lazada and i was advised to bring the items to LBC so it can be returned to lazada. i was also promised a refund after 5 days once the items were received at the warehouse.

a few weeks passed and i havent heard anything so i checked the LBC website and it showed the items were delivered at lazada warehouse on Dec 6. So i contacted lazada and up until now, even after several follow ups i still havent got the refund. i kept getting empty promises from their agents and supervisor. i am now inclined to bring this issue to the right authorities and to other consumer rights group.

but i saw this website and now im hopin to get this to lazada's attention. reference ... 374474891..
