Sana naman mabigay nyo na item ko kasi almost 2 weeks na ako naghihinatay.Sabi nyo pa sa delivery process nyo na September 22 - 24 darating na item ko pero hanggang ngayon wala pa din item ko.

wala nmn contact or tracking status na kung nandito na ba sa location ko yung order ko. Sobrang naka paghinayan yung service nyo sa deliver. Mas okay pa yung LBC or 2Go ma track ko talaga kung nandito o shipping pa ang item ko pero sa LEX wala talaga akong info nasaan na item ko. Sana po ma sosolve nyo tong problema ko at yung delivery courier nyo na LEX.

Disappointed talaga ako ngayon nag order ako kasi dati madali lang makarating yung item ko dito kasi LBC at 2go kasi kayo dati nagpadala ngayon LEX sobrang bagal. kung pwdi nga refund ko na yung item ko bibili na lang ako dito sa amin. di ko alam ganito na ngayon kabagal padala nyo LAZADA. Sana bagohin nyo ngayon padala nyo ibalik nyo sa dati.

dun sa LBC at 2go.

sana follow up nyo tong problema ko.

Please follow up. too much long to wait this. Almost 2week i'm been waiting for my item but no text or call from LEX courier. You said that the exact date to deliver to me is September 22-24 but until now no item deliver at me.
