lastmonth nag submit na ako ng complain about this incident pero binabalewala nyo lang.ilang beses na rin ako nagpapadala ng message sa customer service and wala ni hindi nyo sinasagot ang query ko at wala kayong balak ibalik sa akin ang bag na yan..binayaran na po yan pero bakit hindi nyo binabalik ang item anong klaseng serbisyo yan at pangloloko na yan.. ibalik nyo ang item para matahimik na ako sa kakasend ng message na binabalewala nyo lang, paulit ulit na ako nag sesend ng message sa inyo at ano ang nakukuha ko puro ignore lang.
