I ordered Casio Baby-G to Lazada thinking that their items was genuine I received the item but it was worst that a fake Casio that you can buy anywhere obviously it was FAKE resulting to return the item, I returned the item last Dec. 17, 2017 and viola!

it's already 2018 up until today I haven't received my refund it's already January 3! How can I escalate them to DTI??? Or any government company that can help me refund my money, the reason is price it not a joke to give me a fake worth 100 watch... .
