I WAS A VICTIM OF ONLINE FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION made through LAZADA using my credit card details and other personal info amounting to 33,999.00 pesos! I tried to report this to Lazada so that they can STOP the delivery and CANCEL IMMEDIATELY THE FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION but then, upon giving them all the pertinent info on the charged transaction like the amount charged, CC number, time and date, STILL they could not pull out the account to catch the SCAMMER!
They could have at least HOLD AND STOP AND CANCEL the PROCESSING of the purchased items of the scammer.
Lazada needs to protect their customers they told me BUT what is now their liability on the owner of the CC that was used by a fraud. LAzada could have at least VERIFIED all online transactions BEFORE PROCESSING.
