I'm Allan Corbilla To my fellow filipino's wag kau bibili ng Tv or any appliances sa Lazada kasi nakabili ako ng Toshiba 40" 40L2400 VP Led TV nun Jan. 10, '15 w/ order #304721168, nag black screen sya last Dec. 2015, ni report q s kanila 2 nun Jan 2016 nun lumuwas aq ng manila kasi dito s Batangas trabho q, nun nag home service last Feb 2016 un service center n binigay nil kc nasa bicol un TV nun oorderin n un pyesa pr s replacement ng panel advice ng Toshiba Manila hindi under warranty un nbili qng TV s Lazada kc di sil authorized dealer pero un TV gling s Western Appliances (Merchant), ky nitong April advice sakin ng Toshiba Manila humingi aq ng certification sa Lazada na galing ang TV s Western Appliances at yung model ng TV n nabili q ay 2 yrs ang warranty, nun tumawag aq sv ng Lazada hihingi sil ng cert s Western pero ngaun ng email sakin ang Lazada n lapse na ang 1 year warranty at ang sv pa nila "it was returned beyond their 14 days return policy, e di q nga ni re return un TV ang ina avail q un 2 years na warranty na ang nagsabi ay ang Service Center @ ang Toshiba Manila mismo, naka ilang tawag n aq s Lazada pero walang kwentang mga kausap p iikot ikutin ka lng, ngayon lang nangyari skin to me mga nabili n aq na mga appliances or gadget pero pg nasira basta under warranty ok naman nagagawa ng mga Authorized Service Center free of charge, pero itong nabili q s Lazada sumakit ulo grabe kunsumisyon ang inabot q, ngaun balak q lumapit s DTI pr matulungan aq dapat s Lazada ipasara na ksi nangloloko ng tao!

Salamat at pinaalam nyo ito sa amin, Sir Allan.As per checking po sa mga Toshiba TV's na available sa website namin, ang pina-warranty po na ma-aavail ng customer is up to 1 year warranty po.

After that certain time, magiging shoulder na po ng customer ang mga repairs na kailangan for the unit.

However, sige po, ipapaabot pa rin po namin sa higher management kung meron po talagang 2 year warranty ang Toshiba items for Lazada then inform po namin kayo uli.Salamat po.

Jonie sya ang nagsabi na 2 years warranty yung Toshiba 40" 40L2400 VP Led Tv na nabili ko, hindi yung pinapaikot-ikot at niloloko nyo lang ako!ayusin nyo trabaho nyo.
