pumunta na ako sa office nila sa Paseo kahapon(Sep 24), kasi wala pa ding reply. nakakaloka yung admin kasi sabi niya wait lang kami at may mag-aassist sa amin pero wala.
nung nagfollow up kami, nagsabi na lang sya "***" sabay takbo papasok. well. nalimutan niya lang naman kami.
yung nag-assist sa amin, si Gesselle. OKay naman sya.
dama ko naman yung talagang 'sorry' nya. unlike dun sa well, admin o kung ano man tawag sa kanya. and yes, nakuha ko na this afternoon. Nimeet ko na lang sa mall yung LEX agent para mareceived ko.
kung di pa ako nagpunta sa office nila, walang mangyayari. HAhAHA! pero thank you na din kay Gesselle. Sa mga di pa din nakukuha ung product, I suggest na magwait lang kayo ng 1 week then puntahan nyo na.
sasamahan ko pa kayo.

it's been 5 days simula nung nagemail sila. nagreflect na sa bill sa credit card pero di ko pa din narereceive yung order ko.
ang galing talaga ng lazada.
very good. mag 1 month na nung umorder ako, up until now wala pa.

sep 21 - tapos na yung 2 working days at AS USUAL WALA PA DIN SILANG UPDATE. nakailang sold out na yung nasa lazada page nung product. nakakayamot.

Sep 15, tumawag yung taga-lazada na nakabasa nung post ko sa facebook. as usual, iuupdate lang daw nila ako.
sep 17, nakareceived ako ng email 'We have evaluated the item(s) based on your return request and will now proceed with your refund / replacement / store credit (as per your chosen method).
Please expect to receive our next email update within 2 business days.' dun lang daw nila nareceived, may mga logs na nareceived daw ako tapos binalik ko sa kanila. di ko alam kung yun yung way nila para sa dummy pero dapat inaayos nila ung tagging nila, hindi yung magllog sila na nareceived ng tao ung order. at seryoso? bakit naman ngayon lang nila inasikaso.
to think na ilang weeks ng delayed. sana ginagawa nilang priority yung mga ganto hindi ung inuuna nila ung kararating lang, napapatungan at nababaon sa limot e. nakakainis na.
maghihintay na naman ako ng email. asar.

16 days na at wala pa ding update. seriously, everyday akong nageemail at tumatawag at lagi lang nilang sinasabi na magsesend sila ng update, pero 16days!

i called lazada twice last sep 11. ung first, sabi magccallback yet wala naman.
then sa 2nd tawag ko. pafollow up daw nila and bibigyan daw nila ako ng update within 24hrs thru email. update lang yun ha. congratulations.
kasi until now, wala pa din. :( sobrang nakakainis na. pag wala pa ding update til tomorrow, magffile na ako ng complaint sa dti sa monday.
3 weeks ng delay. hindi naman tama yun.

Sep10 - i tried to create another ticket at their contact us page yesterday but still, i havent heard anything from them. so what do they mean by #EffortlessShopping . 10 days have passed from the target delivery.

Kahapon(Sep 7) Nakareceived ako ng tawag from Lazada after reading my 2nd try on their Contact Us page. Kasama daw ung order ko sa na-robbed last Aug29.
i can't help but to ask why they never informed me, hinintay pa nilang may magfollowup bago gawan ng aksyon. anyway, sabi nila for reversal daw since credit card ung mode of payment then reorder.
they called back after an hour para sabihing gagawan ng 'dummy' to fulfill yung order ko and expect an email and sms for the details. please take note that i'm expecting to received my order last Aug31-Sep1.

Erratum: I ordered last August 27.Expected date of delivery is Aug 31- Sep 1 pa and as of today(Sep 6) wala pa din.

They emailed me last sep 1 for the delay and then they will delivered it the next day pero after nun wala na akong nadinig. i tried to follow up through your Contact Us page in your website (so don't reply me with that link anymore). at wala akong email na nareceived. Nasayang yung mandatory leave kong 5days kasi di talaga ako umalis ng bahay, di ko tuloy naenjoy.
I was so disappointed how unhelpful your Contact Us page in your website with a promise that your team will reply within 24hrs, just to find out na mas active pa kayo magreply sa ibang website.
A kind follow up on this. This is my first time to try online shopping and then this happened.

The most disappointing about lazada philippines website from Lazada Philippines was delivery process and poor assistance Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
