its just disgusting, i made two orders with different credit-cards, maybe i thought i did some error in payment-data at first time so i triple-check it at the second time and for sure 110% of all data was correct but again without any notice they cancel the complete order AND they never send an email about the cancellation. Its not possible to find this canclled order in the 'my orders´ tab and also the cancelled order tab is empty...what a f*+ked up system.

At least they have to inform customers if they cancel a order and not let them keep waiting for nothing. I can not recommend it because it would be so easy for cc-payments if they use verified by visa or 3Dsecure or Mastercard, a fraudulent use is impossible then!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: make the payments work and use verified by visa instead of paranoic verification-tool.

I didn't like: Cancellation system.

Hello, we do understand your concern. The "shipping address" is the address where the item will be delivered and you must put the Account owner details in the "billing address" section for the clarification of the said account and addresses.

We also have a verification team that will contact you via SMS, Email and Call to verify your orders, address and account clarification. It is for the safety and security of the Card Holder. Once your order is cancelled due to decline. It will be returned to your account for 5 to 15 Banking days for Credit card and 5 to 45 Banking days for Debit card.

The amount is not totally deducted but floating. You may contact your bank for further notice.
