hello, good day.bakit nyo di tinanggap yung return refund ko.meron akong mga screenshots please re-evaluate nag refer kayo sa lbc ng padala, eh nadelay ako ng padala kasi may bagyo, and weekends nung mismong nag initiate ako ng return no.

yung return no. is within the 7days replacement warranty, di ko kasalanan madelay. if hindi nyo ipa refund, re evaluate the item for replacement, kasi sira naman yung phone na binigay nyo saken, natagalan akong malamang sira yung phone kasi di ko naman ginagamit nung pag kabigay saken, tulungan nyo ko, kasi 2 weeks na akong nag iintay pala sa wala. andito mga screenshots, pasok na pasok yung rn no.

ko sa return warranty nyo, and di ko kasalanang madelay ang pagpapadala ko sa inyo. kasi kung titignan nyo sa calendar, weekends yung tatamaan, bago ma expire yung warranty ko, and may bagyo pang kasunod. check nyo sa weather report. Sira yung phone kaya ko binalik, and luma.

bakit hindi nyo inintertain, refund or replace man lang magawa nyo, ano yan, magbebenta kayo ng phone na sira? tapos kami ang kawawa? costumer po kami, "REGULAR" costumer, paki help naman. i hold nyo na dyan for evaluation.

tapos wala mang lang evaluation kung na quality checked nyo ba yung kasama ng notes ko dun sa item ko, tapos ma re received ko na lang, pauwi na ulit yung pinadala ko, na sira pa din. at walang pagbabago, hindi na refund at hindi na replace. konting alaga naman po sa costumer nyo. sinong matutuwa na costumer nyo kung defective na nga items na pinadala nyo po, and kami pa mag hahabol sa refund/replacement nyo, porket na delay sa weather conditions, kahit pasok sa rules nyo yung RN No.

para maibalik yung phone. please give me updates, kasi ibabalik na saken, kani kanina lang nag email na pabalik na yung item, wala man lang abiso, please kung ma ho hold nyo and di nyo na ko aabalahin, at i replace nyo ng ayos na items hindi yung may issue tapos mukha pang luma. ill give respect po and commend, and bilang isang kilalang online shop ng pinas.
