I just want na iprocess nila yung return ko...hanggang return initiated lang kasi until now wala parin puro 24-48 hours lang parati.then message ako ng message sa customer service at first nagrereply ngayon ignore na lang...bayad na po ang item pero halos ang return parang walang pakialam sa mga customers.

I ordered 2 items

1. Hannah shoulder bag set of 2(white and red)

2. Hannah 333 shoulder bag ( plum)

i received the item last march 21 kaso ung 1 white bag - missing ang red. nareceive ko din ang hannah plum bag.nasa isang package lang kasi, that same day binalik ko ulit sa LBC lahat ng nareceive kc kulang nga.then ngayon after 2 weeks process yung on transit is yun Hannah set of 2 lang hindi sinama ang isang plum bag kasi check pa daw ng quality control. 24-48 hours ..sana sinabay na lang.kelan ko ba marereceive ng kompleto lahat ng items..kulang kulang kasi..hind na convenient!

Until now wala parin ang return ng bag ko..puro 24-48 hours lang, mag oofer ng mga vouchers pag gamitin then kulang din ang pinapadala. Lazada mag iisang buwan na po..another 24-48 hours nanaman siguro.

I will mark this as a resolve issue if nakuha ko ang Item order number ko para sa plum bag at tracking number na na shipped na. accordingly mag iinform kayo within 24-48 hours about the return process pero till now "RETURN INITIATED" parin nakapost dun sa account ko.

April 5, 2016 na po ngayon. march 21 ko binalik at March 29 nyo po nareceive ang item pero until now di parin nprocess ang return ng item ko.more than 24-48 hours naman siguro po nuh para sa QC na yan. at isang bag lang po yun .hindi naman siguro mag take ng 30 days para sa isang bag na walang damage na nasama lang sa return ko dahil din sa mali ng padala nyo.Hindi nyo naman siguro po sinasadya na idelay ang pag process nuh?
