Hello, I've tried calling your customer support number for more than an hour to no avail. Hoping this would reach you as it is urgent to inform you that I am no longer able to pay for ONE of the products listed on my order namely:

Reason is that I've already purchased an alternative.

If it is possible to retain my order for the RAZER MAMBA TOURNAMENT EDITION GAMING MOUSE, then please do so. Otherwise, I will just simply put another order of just that item alone.

Your guidelines for cancelling orders are lacking, and in my experience, there is said to be a "cancel button" in "My orders" upon logging in. There wasn't. Hopefully this reaches you soon before the delivery of said products.
