we received our order casio watch last sunday(may 17,2015) at the morning.. when we use the watch,afternoon on that day the watch its not functioning anymore thats why we decided to return the item and for the lazada to replaced it....and then the lazada txt me that they initiated my refund?..what duh?!..its only replacement process so why it became refund?...incovenience so much!!hindi mu na nga nagamit yung binili mu antagal pa ng process plus yung maling information....
