Lazada Philippines - Fraud transaction

I was debited with the transaction I did not do in Lazada Ph. How come you allowed orders from Fraud clients na hindi naman sa kanila ang ATM na ginamit. I need you to cancel that order/s and deal with that scammer. I want my money reversed in my account. or else I sue you in court.
