I already paid for my order... after of long waiting... they mark my order as failed to deliver. without text nor call from lbc... it is hard to call customer hotline of lazda... as of now my order is return to lazda warehouse... what will happen to my order then?

Lazada Philippines - Delivery of a Fake Luxcent product.

I would like to return a Fake Luxcent product sold by Hot Beauty 101 that was delivered June 11 with order no. 233426228944951. Tried reaching the seller thru chat but can not be reached. Been using this product for a very long time and can really detect a fake Luxcent. When I opened it, it has not plastic seal inside and no rotten egg smell which is the usual sign of original Luxcent. Sad
