Kakabili ko lang ng intel computer stick ko wala pa isang buwan sira na agad 2 week na ako nag hahanap info paano ito isuli sa inyo!! Ang hirap ng customer service nyo mahanap may telepono kayo pero puro voice instruction ang kelangan ko makakausap hindi voice lang regular costumer nyo pero disapointed gadget service!

Nasa bandang ibaba po ng Lazada website ang Help Center tab natin, click lang po natin yun, then click "Contact Us". Pagka-click nito, may makikita po kayong "Chat" tab sa right side ng screen. Paalala alng po na available lang ang tab na to mula Mondays thru Fridays from 9am to 6pm. Regarding your concern, pwede po bng mahingi ang order number para mabigyan na rin namin kayo ng possible na service center?
