Scam company that cancelled my order because the price of the item went up. Contacted all channels of customer service who all gave me the runaround, rude agents, totally the worst CS in the Philippines.
Still no answer or explanation why my order was cancelled and have not been refunded yet amounting to 4300php.
Have reported to DTI already. This company sucks!
