They did answers my questions regarding the refund, 45 days allowance was over, they asdk for statement of account, but still no reply, they ignoring my account, its not a small amount, its for the medications of a senior citizen, i cant wait longer anymore, i want the refund ASAP

Kindly check the email that you used in placing the order because we send notifications and refund or return details via email. For further inquiry or concern, you may visit our Help Center using this link: https://goo.gl/obsFMz. We do have reversal refund for orders paid via card and the amount will be returned to your account for 5 to 15 Banking days for Credit card and 5 to 45 Banking days for Debit card. The amount is not totally deducted but floating.
