Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I have been trying to be patient with lazada for 3 weeks now. I ordered a set of health product.

My order was 3 bottle set but I only got 1 bottle. I immediately call them when I found after opening the 2go delivery. They said that they'll update me via email and call, they also said that the problem is complicated. So i waited for the email and text for 1 week, nothing.

So I call them again and they said they are already processing my problem. GAD, it really taking so long until now. Earlier, I posted a commeng on their facebook page. I was shocked because it only took 3 minutes and my comment was deleted and got blocked from the page.

Lazada is the worst online store. Lowest quality of service.

Stealing money from people in the most pathetic ways. LAZADA SUCKS.
