I did not bother at first to find out about lazada's customer service before I ordered. All I knew then was I want to buy some items found on their website. COD is good. Lazada rep called me to say delivery is set for tomorrow 16 Sept 2014. I said OK (since Im out of the office today-am sick). Then I received an SMS that delivery is today_after the call that confirmed delivery is set tomorrow. Duh....So i replied to 0916 385 4067.requesting them to please make sure that delivery is TOM because I was told so and i am not at the office.
Guess what? So efficient and consistent (sarcastically speaking). Items were delivered today;
* not Tomorrow as confimed
*my colleague had to pay for the shipment.
NOT SO ORGANIZE peeps you and procedures Lazada
