I ordered a romoss powerbank and an awei iphone cable morning of Aug 18th and they guaranteed that it would be received between the 18th-22nd. Night of the 19th, i got a text that it will be delivered the next day, but saturday, sunday and monday went by, i did not get any follow up email or text anymore. Now it's the 23rd and i still have not received the items. After numerous calls to their customer service hotline to find out what's holding up the delivery, i've given up. Their people were a bunch of unprofessional and incompetent fools. What a horrible experience!!
