Thanks so letting us know about this, Analiza. We're actually trying to call you po sana pero hindi po kami makapasok sa line.

Its either wala pong signal or busy lang tlaga ang phone. Anyways, as per checking po, may 2 pa kayong pending orders with the same item. Its ON 389873849 at 329837849. Both will be delivered sa inyo ng 2GO.

Since dispatched na nga po sa WH ang items, nasa inyo pa rin naman po ang choice kung tatangagapin nyo ang delivery. As per the item naman pong defective, para mai-process namin ang refund/replacement, sundin lang po ang step by step procedure on how to return your item:

1. Log in to your account (email add na ginamit sa pag-place ng order);

2. Go to "My Orders" and click "Return";

3.

Fill out the return form (clearly state the reason why you're returning the item);

4. Print the return form;

5. Pack the items and attach the return label (PRINTED RETURN FORM); and 6. Send to any LBC Branch.

Paalala lang po na meron po tayong 24-48 hours para ma-update ang current status ng item from SHIPPED to DELIVERED.
