Lazada sent me defective HDD so I returned the defective product , Lazada warehouse recieved the defective product June 12, 2017 as per lbc tracking but until now i have not recieve any reply from Lazada.

After reporting to DTI and DTI email the top management of LAZADA regarding the problem, for almost a month they finally refunded the cost of 1TB HDD.
