Hello. Before anything else, I would like to say that I am the type of person that believes in patience and temperance.
So when I had problems with Lazada, I always patiently wait for their answers to my email even if it takes 2 or more days. There were times that they do not reply and I have to send a new email to them. I have been purchasing from them for 2 years now and I know that their customer service needs improvement. My concern this time is I returned a laptop as it won't turn on and does not charge.
They told me to wait for 3 business days but until now they have not contacted me! No sign of anything. I do not know what to do anymore. Aside from this, I still have a pending problem with regard to the refund for an item I returned in August.
It's October now, still the problem is still a problem. I'm afraid this will happen again with my refund for the laptop!
This is becoming worse everyday and Lazada just do not care. Worst customer service I've ever had.
