Last year dec 12,2014 around 9 am i made my order and paid through my au wallet. it was a bike formy inaanak.
supposedly a xmas gift for him. which until now walang kaupdate update na maganda(jan 14 2015), puro nadelay o makikicoordinate daw sa delivery team at iuupdate ako. hai naku its been a month since i made the order and for how many times i send a message asking what happned to my order wherein i receive the same reply all over again. im so pissed off with lazada.
this has been the second time. and when i ask a refund they would never reply. what the ***. are they joking.
is this the attitude of a big online shopping company???? the other one was when i purchase a computer for my mom in the philippines, worth 12k+ ata yun, ive waited for a long time then they would cancel my order for the reason na d macontact nanay ko? and ive been replying to their emails naman. the refund takes long din.
my ged..hai nako lazada. this would be the last time na mag oorder ako sa inyo. hassle-full shopping. im so disappointed with this site.
next time i would rather stick to amazon and ali express. bad experience and i dont recommend ordering items with high price in lazada.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of inconsistent delivery and poor customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of bike and associated monetary loss in the amount of $60. Lazada Philippines needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
